The Woman Suffrage Procession ended as it passed the reviewing stand in front of the U.S. Treasury building with the cast of the pageant looking on. The way had been cleared by the Fifteenth Cavalry, and there were no incidents. Some of the spectators, tired of waiting and had left the area, but there was still a large and enthusiastic crowd to greet the marchers, who had been through an eventful, frustrating and sometimes difficult two hours. The photos of this portion of the parade show an attentive audience and a strong police presence.
